Who is eligible?

The call for entries extends to the entire state, open to members and non-members, individuals, and businesses. The only requirement - you must be a resident of New York. Entries may be submitted by any company or individual involved in the creation or production of the work.

How much does each entry cost?
Professional, Member $25

What if I want to submit something I designed several years ago?

Entries must have been created between January 1, 2011 and December, 2013

What if I'm not sure which category my work belongs in?

There are no categories, all communication designs are welcome.

What do I need to mail?

Nothing, however if you are notified that you have won, your work will then need to be mounted for exhibition.

Payment?

All payments for entries will be handled online. Most major credit cards are accepted via a Paypal payment gateway. If you prefer to pay by check, do not sign into paypal and contact us directly.

How will I find out if my work is chosen to be in the New York State of Design?

Accepted entrants into The New York State of Design exhibit and catalog will be notified in April. Some will receive special awards, all accepted entrants will receive the 2014 New York State of Design Catalog on us!
